What is Shabby Chic?
It is a form of interior design where furniture and furnishings are either chosen for their appearance of age and signs of wear and tear or where new items are distressed to achieve the appearance of antique.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship from Australia to anywhere in the world. We offer a flat standard rate of $10.00
Does your standard postage cost include tracking or insurance of packages?
No. If you require tracking or insurance you will need to contact me to organise this on your behalf at an extra cost to you.
How long does it take once I pay for my order?
Once payment is cleared items are dispatched within 24 hours (this may take a bit longer during Christmas and public holidays). Please allow 1-3 business days for Australia wide delivery and 10-14 days for international. For international customers: Once your item has left my shop the duration of travel and arrival to your destination and delivery times are out of my control. **Please note** Prices indicated in our shop do not include taxes applicable in your country nor do they include customs fees as these are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
 If there is an issue with your order please contact me first. I will replace items broken in transit. Breakages will require a photograph of proof. Once I receive the proof I will mail you the replacement product. If you are not happy with your item I will refund after I have received them back in the condition they left here. Cost of postage will not be refunded. An order cannot be refunded once it has been shipped but once I receive back from customer after receipt.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. If cancellation happens after this then the product will need to be sent back to me in good condition and then we issue refund.
What do you do with the personal information I provide?
I will only use your shipping and billing address and contact information to:

  • To communicate with you about your order
  • To fulfil your order
  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Please contact me and I will happily organise gift wrapping.
